I just realized that I overlooked writing a blog from a family session from a few weeks ago- I claim lack of sleep!

I get so excited when I have a client who is excited. That kind of enthusiasm is contagious. So when Coral contacted me to photograph her family portraits, I could not help but pick up on how much she adores her family and how much she could not wait to have that captured for her. She even did a little countdown for me, sending me updates saying “only two weeks to my session” etc after I would post new pictures from current sessions. When the day of her family portraits arrived I could not wait to meet them all. As soon as I met the Griffith family in person I knew how awesome my afternoon would be.  Both daughters were so adorable ( and very full of sass) and instantly reminded me of myself and my baby sister at there age.  I also love to see how a dad interacts with his daughters, and this was the kind of dad any little girl would be lucky to have.

Hands down though the best part for me was after I finished editing and sent along the pictures that Coral contacted me to tell me she “cried” when she looked through them because she loved her pictures so much. Nothing is better than having a client excited for her session and even more happy with the final result.
